Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Usually arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. International orders may take 7–15 business days depending on the destination.

Can I change my order or shipping address after placing it?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change the shipping address once your order has been dispatched. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

Will my items ship together?

Some items may be shipped separately depending on inventory location. You’ll receive individual tracking emails for each shipment if your order is split.

How can I track my shipment?

You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is shipped. You can also log into your account to view the shipping status.

Orders & Shipping

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and not marked as Final Sale. Free gifts, accessories, and clearance items are non-returnable.

How do I initiate a return?

Please email us at cs@vividreammore.com with your order number, return reason, and item details. We will provide return instructions and a return address.

Do I need to return the free gift?

Yes, to receive a full refund, free gifts (if any) should be returned along with the purchased product. If not returned, the value of the gift may be deducted from your refund.

Can I exchange an item?

We do not currently support direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the desired product.

International Orders

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most international countries directly from our warehouse in China. If your country is not supported, we’ll notify you after checkout.

Will I be charged customs duties or taxes?

Yes, international customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes as determined by their local government.

Warranty

What is your product warranty?

All Vividreamore products come with a 1-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects under normal use.

How do I submit a warranty claim?

Email cs@vividreammore.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or a short video showing the problem. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

 What’s not covered under warranty?

The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear, or purchases made through unauthorized sellers.
