Return Policy
At Vividreamore, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.
U.S. Orders - Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. You may choose to return your product for a refund or an exchange. A flat return fee of $12.50 will be deducted from your refund amount to cover the cost of return shipping and processing.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in good condition and in its original packaging.
Items must not show signs of use or damage.
Final sale items, gift cards, hair care products, accessories, and free promotional items are non-returnable.
We do not provide prepaid return labels at this time. You will be responsible for sending the return and ensuring it arrives safely.
How to Return an Item
Contact our customer service team at cs@Vividreamore.com with your order number and reason for return.
Choose whether you would like:
An exchange
A store credit
A refund to your original payment method
Once your return is authorized, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
Carefully pack your items in the original packaging. If using the same shipping box, place the new label over the old one.
Send us the return tracking number after shipping.
International Orders
For international returns, please email cs@Vividreamore.com. Returns must meet the same criteria (original packaging, good condition). All return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email. If approved, your refund (minus the $12.50 return fee) will be processed within 48 hours and applied to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the credit to appear on your account.
To ensure fast processing, include your name and order number inside the package and send the tracking information to cs@Vividreamore.com.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your product is defective or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days. We may request a short video showing the issue for review. If confirmed defective, you will not need to return the item — we will either replace it or issue a full refund at no additional cost.
Shipping Costs
Please note:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
The time it takes to receive your exchange may vary depending on your location.
