Shipping Policy

At Vividreamore, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and reliably. We offer two types of shipping: domestic U.S. shipping and international shipping.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We use Amazon as our logistics partner. Your order will be fulfilled and shipped directly by Amazon, and the carrier will be selected automatically for the fastest delivery based on your address.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Delivery Time: Standard delivery takes 3–9 business days after your order has been shipped.
Shipping Area: We currently ship to the contiguous United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico or P.O. Boxes at this time.
Shipping Fee: Free standard shipping is available on all orders.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped via our international courier service partners to ensure fast and reliable delivery.
Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
Delivery Time: Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on the destination country.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your order anytime by clicking the tracking link or logging into your account. We may use multiple carriers depending on the region and shipping method.
Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages depending on stock location.
You will receive a separate tracking number for each package.
Address Changes
Once your order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
Please double-check your shipping information before placing the order.
FAQ
1. How long does it take to receive my order?
Domestic: 3–5 business days after shipment.
International: 7–15 business days after shipment (subject to customs clearance).
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping for both domestic and international orders.
3. Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?
Unfortunately, once your order is shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
4. What happens if I receive the wrong or damaged item?
Please contact our support team at cs@vividreamore.com within 7 days of receiving the package. Include photos of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.
5. My package says “Delivered” but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, contact us immediately. We'll open an investigation with our shipping partner. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered.
